I found out about Sewaholic Patterns while trying to find some indie pattern, and happened that, it’s cool and perfectly fit for my pear shaped body. The owner, Tasia, designed her pattern to cater for the pear shaped size. And, thanks so much to her for making this available for pear shaped size as I don’t need to adjust the pattern any longer.
Here is what I sew from her pattern; Rae Skirt. This is a basic 6 panels skirt with elastic. It’s really easy as Tasia provide step-by-step instructions and photos alongside. There are 3 styles which you can develop from Rae skirt; one is slightly flared, more flared which both are above the knees and the other style is for knee length. So, you can choose to sew the style you like. And, by the way, I bought the pdf pattern. Yep, I know, the most dreading part is to paste the printed paper together.
I kind of in a hurry when Pierre took the photos, we’re going out for groceries; pardonnez-moi. The best shots are only without my face… the expression… hmmm, c’est comme ci comme ça.
Bisou. À bientôt.
